HISTORY

I was always the shy one. You know that wall-flower. I was always in the shadows as a kit, never played or talk, or laughed. I just sat and watched. But .. it seemed I needed to do more with my life, as though I had a more interesting start ahead of me.
When I was named a apprentice, I trained hard and made sure I was fully ready before I was made a warrior. Others made fun of me because of how odd I was, but honestly I wasn't looking to be a warrior. I wanted to learn all I could so I could defend my clan, even if none of them liked me.
When they named me Ashmist, warrior of Ashclan I was proud of myself. Sure, I was older then most when I earned my name, but it was good and it was my choice. I thought it was the right thing to do .. plus I could give so much to the younger generation with my knowledge.
But I still didn't know what I was to do. I hadn't found my purpose in life, until one day the deputy of Ashclan passed away from a tragic accident and a meeting was called. The new deputy was being named. It was me .. I knew then, that I was suppose to be there for my clan in darkest times, even if I wasn't the leader I was the next best thing.
