Owlfeather slipped into the nursery, a plum rabbit within her brown jaws. Her aqua eyes began to adjust to the darkness of the den and she began to search for the calico Queen. The she-cat placed the rabbit by her brown tabby paws and raised her voice, "Summerstorm? I have brought you a rabbit from the hunting patrol. I also came to see how you are doing."

Summerstorm was laying in her nest, she didn't get any sleep the night before. She looked up when she heard Owlfeather's voice. She got up and walked towards the young deputy. "Thank you Owlfeather, and I'm doing fine I guess." she said with a friendly smile. "How are you?" she asked her. Her soft green gaze on her friend.

The she-cat purred when she saw the Queen in high spirits and doing well, her beauty still shining. "Your welcome Summerstorn and I'm very pleased that you are doing well, it really makes me happy." Owlfeather then thought about the Queens questions for her and gave a shrug. "Nothing terrible has yet to come into my life. Nothing to cheerful or exciting has either, so as of now I'm doing alright. Making sure the Clan is running and well is becoming a much easier job as I work at it." The brown tabby gave a chuckle and smiled at the calico Queen.
